These terms apply to all bookings made with Summer Zone Holidays, led by Happy Travel Chama (“we”, “us”), 92/1A, Bandaranayakepuraya, Idigolla, Gampaha, Sri Lanka. By booking a tour, transfer or vehicle with us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide private driver and guide services, airport transfers, tour packages and vehicle hire in Sri Lanka. Itineraries on our website are a guide and can be adjusted to suit you.

2. Bookings and quotes

A booking is confirmed once we have confirmed it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and received any payment due. Quotes are valid for 7 days and depend on availability.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website or in your quote and cover what is listed in your package or quote. Entrance fees, meals, accommodation and tips are not included unless stated. Payment methods are shown at checkout or confirmed in your quote.

4. Changes by you

Please tell us as early as you can if you want to change dates, places or passenger numbers. We will try to accommodate changes, but prices may change.

5. Cancellations and refunds

6. Your responsibilities

Please give us accurate details, including passenger and bag numbers, child seat needs and flight details. Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions, wear seat belts, and respect vehicles, local laws and religious sites.

7. Our responsibilities

We will provide a clean, safe vehicle with a licensed driver. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, strikes, flight delays, government action or other events outside our control. We may change routes for safety reasons.

8. Luggage and belongings

Please look after your belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage unless it is caused by our negligence.

9. Travel insurance and health

We recommend travel insurance. You are responsible for your own health, visas and travel documents.

10. Damage and conduct

You are responsible for damage to the vehicle caused by you or your group. We may end a service without a refund if behaviour is unsafe or abusive.

11. Photos and reviews

If you add a review or photo on our website, you allow us to display it. We will not publish your personal contact details.

12. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
